Inox Clean Energy nears Rs 2,500 crore acquisition of Actis-owned Athena Renewables

Inox Clean Energy is close to acquiring Athena Renewables from Actis. This transaction is nearing conclusion with an in-principle agreement reached. The acquisition would significantly boost Inox Clean Energy's renewable capacity. Athena Renewables operates four solar power plants with over 554 MW. These assets have a strong operational track record and long-term agreements.
