I would never shortlist this resume: Ankur Warikoo reveals what happened during his ISB interview

Ankur Warikoo recalled his 2005 ISB interview, where he arrived with a dropout status, an unconventional resume and no clear career plan. When an interviewer said he would never shortlist his resume, Warikoo boldly replied that he was happy the interviewer would not be on the panel. Three weeks later, ISB selected him. Warikoo says the experience changed his life because he went there looking for himself, not just a job or salary.
