A Reddit user has shared how his boss, who worked at the same company for over 50 years, was suddenly terminated without receiving a separation package. The dismissal came months after a corporate takeover and mass layoffs, during which other employees were given compensation. Placed on a Performance Improvement Plan over issues reportedly outside his direct control, the veteran manager was later fired effective immediately.
