Chinese boss distributes $26 Million in cash at year-end party, employees take what they can carry

A Chinese company, Henan Kuangshan Crane Co., Ltd., made global headlines by offering 180 million yuan (US$26 million) in year-end bonuses. Employees were invited on stage to count stacks of cash and take home whatever they could carry. Videos went viral, showing workers struggling to hold bundles of notes while cheering. Chairman Cui Peijun, who owns nearly 99% of the company, canceled planned gifts and distributed cash directly, citing employees financial burdens.
