Delhi-based entrepreneur Kanika Jain shared how she hired a candidate who arrived 15 minutes late with an average resume and limited experience. During the interview, he honestly admitted, I dont know when asked a technical question. He explained that he would seek help rather than risk giving the wrong answer. Jain said honesty mattered because skills can be learned, but honesty is harder to teach.
