CPP Investments inks pact to invest up to Rs 3,000 cr in Prestige Hospitality

CPP Investments has agreed to invest up to 3,000 crore in Prestige Estates hospitality subsidiary, Prestige Hospitality Ventures, for a stake of up to 28%. The investment will be made in multiple tranches, subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
