At 52, Hrithik Roshan maintains his lean, muscular physique through disciplined eating and fitness habits. His personal chef, Subham Vishwakarma, revealed that the actor eats small portions every 2.5 to 3 hours and finishes dinner by 9 pm. His protein-rich diet includes chicken, eggs, fish, lentils, nuts, quinoa and Greek yogurt, alongside vegetables and salads. Hrithik has also stressed that discipline and consistency matter more than appearance alone.
