Ankur Warikoo spoke to his wife only 30 minutes a week for 2 years during long-distance relationship. His reason for not talking more is surprisingly relevant today

Ankur Warikoo recalled how he and wife Ruchi spoke for only 30 minutes once a week during their two-year long-distance relationship in 2002. Expensive calls made their conversations limited but meaningful, teaching them to cherish their time together. Warikoo believes constant connectivity can make relationships harder and says couples need space to process emotions, miss each other and avoid taking technology-driven access for granted.
