Air India receives show-cause notice on immigration process lapses

The civil aviation ministry issued a show cause notice to Air India. Three Italian passengers bypassed immigration at Delhi airport earlier this month. Home ministry officials will discuss this incident on Tuesday. Air India's 'Hub-and-Spoke' model was not applicable in this case. Passengers were issued boarding passes but did not complete immigration.
