Air India captain of turbulence-hit flight under scanner post drug test

A pilot is under scrutiny for substance use after a recent flight incident. Initial screening results were non-negative, requiring further confirmatory testing. Samples have been sent for analysis, and a final report is currently awaited. Aviation medicine specialists note that therapeutic treatments can also trigger such results.
