Adani Green Energy expands BESS capacity to 6.63 GWh; achieves 70% FY27 target

Adani Green Energy Ltd has increased its battery energy storage system to a total of 6.63 GWh. This capacity can power around two million homes daily, supporting cities like Nagpur and Patna. Achieving this milestone took just 14 months, marking significant progress towards their FY27 target. The company aims to reach 50 GWh of storage capacity over the next five years.
