Actor-politician Ravi Kishan has revealed that he lost 18 kg at the age of 57 without using weight-loss medicines, crediting changes in his eating habits and regular exercise for his transformation. The actor said he follows a flexible routine that includes intermittent fasting and, at times, the OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet, while adjusting his meals to suit his work schedule. Experts, however, caution that OMAD is a restrictive eating pattern and may not be suitable for everyone without medical guidance.
