Congress issues whip to its MPs to be present in Parliament on August 10, 11 and 12 without fail

In a significant development, the Congress on Friday issued a whip to its MPs in the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha and asked them to be present in parliament on August 10, 11 and 12 as very important issues will be taken up for discussion in both Houses.
