Heavy rain in Rajasthan; wet spell to continue till Aug 10

Rajasthan experienced heavy rainfall on Friday as the southwest monsoon reactivated. The India Meteorological Department forecasts continued intense showers across the state for several days. Two weather systems are expected to intensify, bringing more rain to eastern regions. Moderate to heavy rainfall is predicted for Bharatpur, Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, and Udaipur divisions. Western Rajasthan will also see increased rainfall activity between August 8 and 10.
