Fortis loses Supreme Court challenge against forensic audit in Daiichi-Singh brothers case

The case is linked to a 3,500 crore arbitral award passed in favour of Daiichi Sankyo in 2016. The dispute goes back to the sale of Ranbaxy Laboratories by the Singh brothers to Daiichi Sankyo in 2008.
