Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday sought a swift investigation into the killing of 54-year-old Manipuri musician and music teacher Chongtham Vikram Singh, who allegedly died after being assaulted by a group of men in Delhi's Kilokari village following a dispute over noise outside his residence.
