Telangana Police book Meta India head, social media account operators over alleged objectionable posts targeting PM Modi

Telangana Cyber Crime Police have filed two cases against social media account operators and Meta India's head. These cases stem from complaints alleging morphed and objectionable content targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi. BJP supporters reported manipulated videos and images circulated on Facebook and Instagram platforms. Police have invoked relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and IT Act. Investigations are ongoing to identify and apprehend the individuals operating these accounts.
