Shankesh Jewellers IPO to open on August 18; price band fixed at Rs 88-93/share

Shankesh Jewellers has officially unveiled its Rs 367 crore IPO, which will be available from August 18 to 20. The equity share price has been set between Rs 88 and Rs 93. Anticipated proceeds will be utilized for working capital needs as well as debt repayment. Shares are expected to debut on both BSE and NSE on August 25.
