Section 22-A properties can now be registered; Telangana opens approval process for eligible buildings

Section 22-A properties issues resolved: Telangana has allowed registration of Section 22-A properties for owners with valid layout or building approvals from authorities like GHMC, HMDA and DTCP. District level committees will examine cases individually and clear eligible ones through a fast track process, requiring at least one valid link document for registration.
