The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) draft directions proposing restrictions on revolving credit facilities offered by non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) could affect flexi and overdraft loan products across corporate, MSME and unsecured personal loan segments, according to a Morgan Stanley report.
