Prudential HCL Health Insurance starts operations in India

Prudential HCL Health Insurance has officially begun its operations today. The joint venture, backed by Prudential and HCL, enters the large Indian health market. It will leverage AI-powered experiences and a network of over 12,000 hospitals. The insurer plans an omnichannel model combining agency advice and direct-to-consumer digital platforms. Customers can select cover, manage policies, and access support through digitally enabled services.
