Nielsen to acquire DoubleVerify for $2.15 billion in all-cash deal

Nielsen will acquire DoubleVerify for about $2.15 billion in an all-cash deal. This acquisition aims to create an independent media intelligence platform for advertisers. The combined entity expects over $4 billion in pro forma revenue. DoubleVerify will operate as a private company under its existing brand name. The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the first quarter of 2027.
