Lone baby bird found on playground rescued and reunited with family in heartwarming moment

A young yellow-crowned night heron was discovered alone on a Long Island playground. Animal rescuer Karenlynn Stracher moved the bird to a safer, shaded area. The bird was then able to reach a grassy spot with more cover. Later, the heron successfully reunited with its parents and flew away. This simple rescue brought happiness to the dedicated animal rescuer.
