Keralam child rights panel seeks removal of sugar from anganwadi nutri mix

The child rights commission has advised removing sugar from Amrutham Nutri Mix. It suggested replacing sugar with a small quantity of jaggery for children. A high-level committee will scientifically determine the nutritional composition of products. Guidelines will be prepared on Nutri Mix quantity based on children's age.
