J B Ecotex files DRHP for Rs 400 crore IPO; OFS of 1.29 crore shares

Surat-based J B Ecotex Ltd has filed its DRHP with SEBI to raise funds through an IPO. The proposed issue comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 400 crore and an OFS of up to 1.295 crore shares by promoters. The company may also raise up to Rs 80 crore through a Pre-IPO Placement, which, if completed, will be deducted from the fresh issue size.
