India's gross GST revenue up 14.8% on year to nearly Rs 2 lakh crore in August

Indias gross GST revenue rose 14.8% year-on-year to Rs 1.99 lakh crore in August 2026, up from Rs 1.74 lakh crore a year earlier. However, collections fell from Rs 2.11 lakh crore in July 2026.
