HMT land bank may be monetised as AI clusters
India is preparing a plan to use land owned by HMT Ltd for artificial intelligence clusters. HMT has a large land bank across several states. Investment plans of around 10,000 crore are being drawn up for these AI clusters. The government is considering a report on HMT's revival. This initiative aims to clear worker and statutory dues.
