Beyond the runway: Emkay sees up to 25% upside in GMR Airports

Emkay Global has initiated coverage on GMR Airports with a Buy rating and a Rs 120 target price, implying 25% upside from the current levels. The brokerage expects non-aeronautical and adjacent businesses such as duty-free, cargo and airport-linked developments to drive incremental profitability, while stronger earnings and cash flows support margin expansion and deleveraging through FY29.
