Banks need to invest more in digital, financial literacy to tackle cyber fraud: Bank of Baroda MD

Bank of Baroda MD and CEO Debadatta Chand said the financial system needs to invest significantly more in financial and digital literacy to combat rising cyber fraud. He identified vulnerabilities at both banks and customer levels, while highlighting investments in cybersecurity, AI-based underwriting and cash-flow-based financing for MSMEs.
