Avaada Ventures to raise Rs 3,515 cr via NCDs; $398 mn through ECB for debt refinancing

Avaada Ventures plans to raise funds through NCDs and external borrowing. The company will issue rupee-denominated debentures and secure foreign currency loans. These funds will primarily refinance existing liabilities and meet corporate needs. Proceeds will pay Brookfield investment and retire outstanding commercial paper. Avaada aims to complete a monetisation event within eighteen months.
