Augmont Enterprises to launch Rs 825-cr IPO on Aug 21; price band set at Rs 750-788

Augmont Enterprises Ltd is set to unveil its initial public offering (IPO) on August 21, with a target to raise Rs 825 crore. The IPO will comprise both a new issue and an offer for sale from promoters. Anchor investors can place bids starting August 20, while the public issue will conclude on August 25.
