Former CM seeks resignation of L-G, CM over delay in allocation of portfolios

The L-G has no role in deciding on the portfolios once the Chief Minister submits the list to his office, says Narayanasamy. Further, the Lt. Governors decision not to notify the list amounted to dereliction of duty and he has created a constitutional crisis, the Congress leader adds.
