'Ramayana' music rights SOLD for Rs 75 crore

T-Series has acquired the music rights for Namit Malhotra's Ramayana epic. An advance of Rs 75 crore was reportedly paid for both films. The film's trailer premiere has been rescheduled to July 30. This delay followed a worldwide distribution agreement with Sony Pictures. The first part of the epic is scheduled for a Diwali 2026 release.
