Nifty, Sensex open lower on Iran sanctions, tech selloff; TCS, Eternal gain while Cipla, Maruti slip

The weakness follows Monday's session where the Nifty shed 32.95 points or 0.14%, as gains in metals and IT were offset by selling in financials and PSU banks
