Udhayanidhi condemns TVK-led govt. over attempt to paralyse High Level Committee on Union-State Relations

The Committee was constituted during the previous M.K. Stalin-led DMK govt.; the LoP in T.N. Assembly claimed that the present govt. has created a situation in which the research scholars working on the Committees second report were unable to continue their work
