8th Pay Commission: As meetings gather pace, check NC-JCM and BPMS demands on salary, fitment and pension

The 8th Pay Commission is consulting employee organisations and other stakeholders currently, as the consultative phase continues. NC-JCM has sought a minimum pay of 69,000 and a 3.833 fitment factor, while BPMS wants 72,000 and a 4.0 fitment factor.
