White sedan that hit Gurgaon woman biker owned by armyman; Says he wasn't driving, 'friend took my car two days ago'

The owner of a car allegedly involved in a viral Golf Course Road incident in Gurugram has said he was not behind the wheel when the vehicle hit a woman biker. He told ANI that a friend had borrowed the car. Gurugram Police has registered an FIR after taking suo motu cognisance of the video and is tracing the alleged driver.
