Sri Lotus Developers shares jump 3% to fresh 52-week high after Capital Group buys nearly 2% stake

Sri Lotus Developers shares hit a fresh 52-week high after a Capital Group fund acquired a 2% stake worth over Rs 195 crore. The promoter stake sale helped meet minimum public shareholding norms. The stock has more than doubled since its March low, while Q1 FY27 profit rose 77% year-on-year.
