Security breach case: NIA files chargesheet against Van Dyke, other foreigners; does not invoke UAPA

The NIA filed a chargesheet against seven foreign nationals for illegal entry and stay. These individuals, including a US citizen, were arrested for alleged terror conspiracy links. They were apprehended after infiltrating India from Myanmar through the Mizoram border. The agency investigated their alleged involvement with ethnic armed groups in India and Myanmar.
