SC refuses to interfere with election challenge to Bhupesh Baghels Patan win

The Supreme Court of India has declined to interfere with Bhupesh Baghel's challenge regarding an election petition. This petition was filed by BJP leader Vijay Baghel against Baghel's election from Patan constituency. Senior advocates argued that the petition was barred by the 45-day limitation under the Representation of the People Act.
