Punjab CM's wife sends notice to ex-judge over allegation of demanding Rs 5 cr to suppress rape case

Gurpreet Kaur, wife of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, has sent a legal notice to a former judge. This action follows allegations that she sought five crore rupees to suppress a rape case. The National Human Rights Commission has also issued a notice to the Punjab government. Opposition leaders have called for Chief Minister Mann to clarify the serious allegations.
