Psychology says your gut feeling isnt always random: Heres why some people trust it more than logic

Psychology does not suggest that every gut feeling should automatically be trusted. People can sometimes mistake intuition for anxiety, prejudice, wishful thinking or emotional conditioning shaped by past experiences. The risk of misinterpreting these feelings may be greater in unfamiliar or emotionally charged situations, particularly when a person has limited knowledge or expertise in the area.
