Pine Labs block deal: Mastercard Asia may divest 4.3% equity worth Rs 892 crore

Mastercard Asia Pacific may sell up to 49.7 million Pine Labs shares, representing 4.3% of the fintech company, through a Rs 892.5 crore block deal. Priced at Rs 179.50 per share, the secondary sale is scheduled for September 22.
