Mumbai civic body rolls out OC amnesty scheme for 20,000 buildings occupied before 2016

Mumbai's civic body has launched an amnesty scheme for older buildings. This initiative aims to regularize around twenty thousand occupied structures. Eligible buildings will receive discounts on various regularization charges. The scheme covers residential, hospital, and school buildings with specific area limits. Applications must be submitted online through the AutoDCR system.
