Mother tongue key to a child's complete development: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah highlighted 'Vande Mataram's' historical importance and its recent acceptance in full form. He stressed the mandatory learning of mother tongues in primary education for child development. The government is promoting Indian languages through various initiatives and examinations.
