Kian-M Export files IPO paper with Sebi; aims to raise Rs 500 crore via fresh issue

Kian-M Export Ltd has filed preliminary IPO documents aiming to secure Rs 500 crore through both new shares and an offer for sale. The raised funds are earmarked for enhancing working capital, acquiring a stake in Ultra Denim Ltd, and purchasing new machinery. Furthermore, the capital will aid in expenses for its subsidiary, Usha Cotton Ltd, and general corporate costs.
