Keralam govt to step up market interventions to check price rise

Keralam agriculture department will increase market interventions to prevent price hikes. Steps will be taken to curb exploitation by middlemen during festive seasons. Farmers' markets held during Onam facilitated digital sales and timely payments. The government also plans a state-level Keralotsavam to mark Coconut Day.
