India becomes Asias 4th-largest REIT market, overtakes Hong Kong: Cushman & Wakefield

India has overtaken Hong Kong to become Asias fourth-largest REIT market, with market value rising 62% to $17.7 billion by March 2026, according to Cushman & Wakefield. New listings, strong office occupancy, GCC demand and rising institutional participation have helped expand the market, which now ranks behind Japan, Singapore and China.
