Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan, evading arrest, NIA tells Jammu court; second NBW issued

A Jammu Special NIA Court has issued a second non-bailable warrant against Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed, with the agency telling the court that the designated terrorist is in Pakistan and allegedly directing terror operations in Kashmir by providing weapons, funds and instructions.
