Delhi building collapse: HC refuses urgent listing of plea over demolition of adjoining structure

The Delhi High Court on Monday declined to urgently list a plea challenging the MCD's demolition of a building adjoining the Satya Niketan hostel that collapsed on September 6. The court questioned claims that people could remain trapped under debris and sought technical basis for seeking immediate judicial intervention.
